To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在運動場打完波和朋友就到對面街吃飯，選了比較多人的泰皇閣，環境乾淨而且坐得舒服，最重要是晚餐好抵！滿$350送明爐青檸蒸烏頭魚！又沒有加一服務費！每人先點一個椰青，凍冰次很青甜解渴，水都很多。清邁豬肉生菜包🌶🌶🌶，雖然很辣，但豬肉調味很濃郁，超香口，會愈食愈上癮的。明爐青檸蒸烏頭魚當然是重點菜式，店員先放好熱爐再端上烏頭，還有湯汁附上。酸酸甜甜，有點像泰式甜酸醬的味道，烏頭剛剛熟，魚肉很鮮嫩！超抵吃，每枱都有一條！最後點了飛天通菜，蒜香味道很重，很有穫氣，像大排擋的風味。平日晚上都很熱鬧，幾乎爆滿，還有二樓，不過不知情多大，必會再度拜訪！
