Restaurant: 生記滷味

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

回娘家食飯突然好想念當年家中經常購買滷水鵝同鴨，在紅磡住多年的街坊對此店不陌生如果order半隻或一隻是可以叫師傅起骨會啖啖肉更好食 因應個人喜歡原來現在已加到$118蚊斤 買了4分1價錢大約250-300蚊 滿昂貴的 下次買滷水鴨 一隻$140 也可以起骨 這次order的滷水鵝比較瘦，要買再多小小肥會更滿足，每次購買會跟一包醋和滷水豉油 我很喜歡的味道，因為鵝沾上了醬汁食落可以減掉油膩感味道賣相衞生服務抵食推介
