To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實嚟過呢一間溫野菜非常之多次,但係每一次都冇令到我失望,忍唔住要出返一篇食評讚賞下佢。基本上每一次你都係食佢嗰個任食嘅套餐,上次嗌咗有鹿兒島和牛嘅D餐,不過我自己其實都比較鍾意食比較淋身嘅澳洲和牛,所以今次都選擇咗c餐。澳洲和牛當然唔使講,基本上煮幾秒就可以食,一放入口入口即溶而且牛味亦都非常之出,小編建議可以嗌壽喜燒湯底,因為佢會配埋隻蛋黃俾你點,直接點蛋黃可以更加突出到牛嘅鮮味同時亦都唔會比一啲醬汁影響到牛嘅口感。而溫野菜嘅野菜當然質素亦都非常之高,其中最鍾意食嘅有紅心蘿蔔,爽脆得來亦都非常之鮮,非常推介大家嚟食。
