🔹和牛壽喜燒,主角出場了,這裡有一個熟成櫃,是將新鮮的和牛放進熟成櫃裏無菌21日熟成,這個餐的品嘗了4種
首先煮美國熟成肉眼,肉眼會油份多啲,師傅只煎一邊以免肉質過靭,很快地包著蔥卷埋(名叫萬能蔥😂),再給一隻紅雞蛋,混口一起吃,會更滑口好味!
🔹厚切牛舌,牛舌只要煎香加少許鹽已經好味,但師傅特別加了柚子燒汁,有清爽柚香味格外爽口,上面加了少許淡雪鹽和辣椒蘿蔔蓉,淡雪鹽好靚,灑在肉上好像飄雪,入口即溶化!😍
🔹日本A4和牛肉眼,油脂豐富,入口好溶化的感覺,配合一口‘岩手縣一見鍾情’米,可以解一解油膩感!
🔹日本A4和牛西冷,油脂分佈比較平均,而西冷會濃味一點,今次附上黃雞蛋,黃雞蛋沒有紅雞蛋那麼濃味,混合一起吃好滑但不會蓋過牛的味道👍🏻
🔹滿溢筋子釜飯/烏冬,兩樣都食到😋,這個飯是用黑松露,蟹肉,支豆肉加蔥花一起煮,再加上話明滿溢筋子,真的一大碗筋子附上給我任添,你食到幾多就幾多啦😂
🔹吃過了飯和烏冬都已經好飽了,這個時候有一杯熱熱的汁物,即是湯,好清但帶有鮮味的湯,裡面有小柱和菇,喝了好舒服!
🔹最後這個甜品豪不馬虎!有日本著名水信玄餅,好像透明的果凍,淋上黑糖糖漿,灑點黃豆粉一起吃,好味道,另外還有柚子味既雪芭泡芙😍,劃上完美句號!
