To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍴龍如酒家 @流浮山🍴 流浮山出名食海鮮就係人都知架啦！小編住大西北咁近就梗係會入去試下食啦！其實係呢間都食過幾次，係友人介紹，覺得味道唔錯價錢又唔會太貴。首先去到門口自己揀左海鮮先，之後同店員講想點煮就得架啦！呢餐平均人頭食左400幾蚊。------------------------------🟠蟶子煎米粉呢碟係小編至愛呀😍蟶子煮得岩岩好，唔會好韌，口感好好。而個汁既味道好惹味。小編係呢度先知有煎米粉呢個小菜，煎完好香口有少少脆，食唔停呀！🔵油鹽焗奄仔蟹平時好少食奄仔蟹，覺得有少少似食大閘蟹，因為佢都係有好多黃黃既膏。之前食過都好爆膏，今日可能隻蟹無咁靚相對就唔多膏。🟢上湯龍蝦伊麵底呢個龍蝦大大隻啖啖肉呀，味道鮮甜，都係每次必叫之選。上湯都幾濃味同埋結身，伊麵吸哂D味，要食返兩碗先得！🟣椒鹽鮮魷呢道菜有驚喜！小編原本唔太鍾意食魷魚，覺得好難咬。估唔到呢度D 魷魚好滑好易咬，味道唔錯。🔴豉油皇海蝦呢道菜相比之下就失色左少少，豉油味夠，蝦都鮮甜大隻既，不過就唔算好特別既款式。
