今天又約左三位老友到旺角聚聚,咁當然要有地方落脚, 咁啱行過登打士廣埸門口,見到有幾間食店招牌, 正抬頭一看,見有間叫《鮮入圍煮》的餐廳便走上去看看,原來是火煱菜館, 本身冇諗住食火鍋的,反正都上到面口便進去, 內裏的裝修很有大排檔的感覺, 點菜紙也分得很清楚分門別類給客人剔選, 經商議後我們叫了個豬骨湯底 ,豬骨也很出味, 打得邊爐當然要選取牛肉, 牛肉我哋就叫咗個手切安格, 上枱便看到一碟肥美 鋪滿雪花的牛肉, 只需稍放落煲內十數秒便能進口, 入口爽滑即溶, 脂肪油也停留在口腔, 另外也叫了一個商港另外也叫了一個香港較為少見的牛胸油, 整片白白的脂肪, 入口沒有肥膩感,更带爽脆的感覺,另外他的脆鯇魚片及南京鸭血也很出色, 特別要提佢還有一個蝦子麵, 咬落口很彈牙及面和蟹子的味道很清晰。
