To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日夜晚想食泰國菜，於是就揀咗九龍城個人認為最好食嘅一間泰國菜「小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋」。記得去之前要卜位，因為佢都好多人食同埋work in 嘅話都要等位。咁我哋今次就叫咗三道菜同兩杯嘢飲1.泰王咖喱法包軟殼蟹😬佢係用一個法包包住咖喱汁，而軟殼蟹就放咗喺旁邊😋為咗防止軟殼蟹浸左喺咖喱汁入邊而影響到佢脆卜卜嘅一面，所以佢會放喺旁邊🙃唔使再額外叫薄餅同埋蒜蓉包2.豬肉碎生菜包😋個人認為唔夠辣，但係份量比起其他泰國餐廳大份3.泰式馬拉盞炒通菜，好濃味同埋佢加咗好多材料喺入邊一齊炒，係勁好食😋😋😋咁我哋兩個人就食呢三道菜已經好飽啦，因為個法包真係好大份😳飲品方面我哋就叫咗芒果沙冰同埋椰皇沙冰👍夠濃縮的芒果同椰汁味🤪
