To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到荃灣西如心酒店七樓中菜廳,名字是新的~「如」Ru;給人一種「意境非凡」的感覺。進入廳堂也有新的氣派、座位舒適雅致,擺置寬敞,極具空間感。👍👍👍喝上幾口鍾愛的龍井,味道合乎我的要求,茶香馥郁,拿起電子菜單,稍嫌沒有圖片可看,但按著分類點閱,也很快找到喜愛的菜式。我吃了客脆釀焗蟹蓋,端出來熱騰騰,吃下去香脆和厚甸甸釀滿蟹肉,口感細膩;我另愛百花煎釀帶子,十分美味可口,是超水準烹調!😋😋😋我特愛素菜,這味花膠絲鮮竹濃湯浸時蔬,味清中嚐到濃香菜苗和鮮竹鮮味,加上花膠絲口感的襯托,也是一讚👍👍👍那味陳皮意大利黑醋骨,陳皮味濃已是一醒味蕾,再添上脆香黑醋肉骨,真是我的至愛。這次初來如心新的中菜廳,毫無疑問,值得畀好幾個讚!👍👍👍

喝上幾口鍾愛的龍井,味道合乎我的要求,茶香馥郁,拿起電子菜單,稍嫌沒有圖片可看,但按著分類點閱,也很快找到喜愛的菜式。
