臨近聖誕節🤶,去咗灣仔同朋友買聖誕禮物🎁,順便睇下利東街嘅聖誕樹🎄灣仔一向都多好野食,我哋係附近搵到間日本人主理嘅居酒屋🏮,佢嘅串燒仲係全港唯一一間1️⃣8️⃣cm長,日藉串燒師傅來自涉谷60年歷史的串燒店入到去個場唔算太大,牆上同吧枱都放滿左一支支日本酒睇Menu見到串燒種類都好多款,有3款燒野菜串燒,12款雞肉串燒同5款豬肉串燒。不過我哋身為食肉獸,梗係主攻肉類,分別叫佐:❤️雞柳(明太子)明太子夠香辣,所以雞肉唔需要特別調味就可以食到雞肉本嘅味道。❤️雞肉棒雞肉棒用雞肉同蔥花等香草混合,外面搽上秘製燒肉醬一齊燒到焦糖色,再蘸上另外提供嘅蛋汁,嫩滑多汁,非常惹味❤️雞胗咸香嘅鹽燒口味,口感爽脆又唔會腥❤️雞皮(鹽燒)脆卜卜超香口,有小小油脂位,唔會太乾又唔會太油膩❤️雞軟骨切成片狀嘅雞軟骨,留有小小雞肉,又可以食到脆脆嘅軟骨同埋軟腍嘅雞肉。❤️香蔥豬肉卷中間塞滿蔥,蔥配豬肉一定係絕配🌈小食❤️炭燒牛舌牛舌好大塊同好厚身,而且燒到外焦內嫩,入口軟腍又多汁💦❤️燒魷魚一夜乾好香燒魷魚味🤤,充滿海水嘅咸香,軟腍好易就咬得開❤️白燒鰻魚鰻魚肉質緊實彈牙,魚皮香脆主食❤️鰻魚炒飯炒飯入面嘅鰻魚粒好多好大塊,再運鐵板熱辣
