1️⃣前菜
全部自家製日日唔同!芽菜同泡菜酸辣balance得幾好~小編no shame咁refill左幾次🤟🏻其餘仲有魚乾、醃茄子等都做得好,不過呢D就無得refill喇~

2️⃣生菜包及自家包飯醬
滿滿一籃新鮮沙律菜🥗,Homemade包飯醬味道有啲似miso~有反D綠色野減輕下食燒肉嘅罪惡感。

3️⃣Beef Tartare
Appetiser叫左呢個原價單叫要$258 嘅 tartare!牛肉並非全生,見到有D邊係熟左,蛋黃味夠濃郁🥚,不過整體味道略為唔夠豐富,用紫菜包住幾韓式feel🇰🇷。

呢個堅係要讚!上菜時脹卜卜D煙係咁湧出嚟💨,打卡一流~ 石鍋做到超級保温效果,影完一輪相仲熱辣辣!入面有海量蟹柳絲、菇片、蟹籽等,令味道更加層次😋。

5️⃣ Steak omakase
Dry-age 原理係用長時間去風乾左表皮油脂去鎖住牛肉水份💧,做到比一般肉質更軟嫩同重牛味。Set入面其實3款都定好左,伴隨著少量菇類。
🥩韓國五花肉
先講豬~五花肉一燒開就好香,咬落爽口,suggest夾住生菜同飯醬食,口感更加豐富又無咁肥膩👍🏻
🥩是日熟成牛肉
由於店員無同我地講是日係咩肉,小編其實唔知自己食緊咩😞。不過可以feedback俾大家不過不失,好食但不至於會令人想再多食。
🥩和牛羽下肉
燒到呢款,店員來了👏🏻。羽下肉係牛肩胛中最軟嫩嗰part,油花豐富均勻,食落嫩口,亦未至於爆到你成口油,推薦👍🏻
🥩熟成醬油牛肋骨
長長一塊肉用左鑽石形切割💎,令牛肉受熱更均勻,輕易將肉汁鎖喺入面。Dry-aged 左嘅牛肋骨再用醬油醃製,醃得剛好,入味得嚟無蓋過本身牛嘅肉味,除左有D比較多筋嘅位置咬唔開😖,肉質倘可接受,亦係4款中小編最鐘意的。

主食都有三款,小編揀咗冷麵清清地balance 反食咁多燒肉嘅油膩感😆湯底本身酸酸甜甜,加左切得薄長嘅醃蘿蔔,完全做到解濟效果👍🏻

7️⃣ 蜂巢雪糕
Ending with💯 dessert!因為雪糕機好似有D故障,等耐左~ 見其他食評其實應該雪糕上唔止蜜糖,仲會有果乾同蜂巢蜜...今晚可能真係太晏所以無左?不過牛奶雪糕整得好滑身🍦,有D似mix左牛奶妹同白兔糖嘅味,淋上蜂巢蜜糖甜而不膩。

其實店內有兩部機械人餐車🤖,不過當日唔work~可能星期五晚比較繁忙,睇過其他食評話店員會上菜時講解肉嘅部分,教/幫你燒...小編都expect呢D係基本野...點知佢放低後就走左🙀...其他店員見狀就叫左另一位店員上前講解,點知嗰位望住盤肉R晒頭唔知要講咩,又問反隔離同事😹,HEA左我哋兩句之後都無教我地要先燒邊款🤔...成件事有點滑稽。
結果食到一半時,可能經理終於得閒...小編先知原來食錯次序😑...
整體omakase set 係低食,可以用到普通食燒肉價錢食到間"靚裝韓式扒房",份量夠晒飽連寶寶都話唔洗單點其他野。
主打韓式食法整dry age beef都幾有gimmick✨,不過service 同quality 可能因為多人就有偏差,未到高級餐廳standard。
