係鄉下玩完幾日,趁假期最後一日趕返香港由中午搭車搭到夜晚。仲要買錯左係元朗落車,所以拿拿臨揾野食醫肚之後搭西鐵返屋企。因為係鄉下都係食串燒同打冷野多,所以同朋友都決定打個邊爐暖下胃。未入門口真係以為呢度主打邊爐,點知坐低先知係主食牛肉嘅火鍋店。但實在肚餓同大家都係愛牛人士,所以無問題啦。橫掂食牛,所以湯底揀埋牛雜底。個味係粉麵店嘅清湯腩味,入面材料都幾豐富牛胃、牛腸、牛肝、牛肺等都有齊。牛肉併盤,牛嘅每個部位都有仲要係跟住張牛肉圖黎擺盤,所以可以根據鐘意食邊部分黎落柯打。同埋呢度整體牛肉嘅牛脂唔會好多,係偏瘦同應該係本地牛肉來的,牛肉味幾出眾。要落柯打,用部pad黎點就可以了。唔使劃紙夠環保。牛胸同牛腿係本人覺得最好食的,因為佢兩款都係屬於有咬勁同最有牛味嘅部位。同埋佢地都切得大件,所以口感好足夠。食左一陣之後見隔離枱有個筲箕嘅物體,所以我地都叫店員俾一個我地。即刻方便左幾十倍。只要將啲牛肉丟晒落去,灼佢一陣就可以成批撈起了。牛腩心同牛腱肉係朋友鐘意食的,口感偏向屬於軟腍同平時打邊爐嘅肥牛差唔多。呢三款一個係牛骨髓,牛栢葉同埋另一個唔知係咩了。呢三樣本身係接近無味道的,必須要靠醬料黎加

呢三款一個係牛骨髓,牛栢葉同埋另一個唔知係咩了。呢三樣本身係接近無味道的,必須要靠醬料黎加味。但食個爽口度就幾唔錯。

不得不提係佢出面個醬料區,有款叫秘製牛汁,嗰個真係完全百搭落啲牛肉度。配埋青柑桔汁,完全解除左牛肉嘅肥膩同飽濟感。

而且淥完個烏冬,攞個牛汁黎配都幾好食。有啲似壽喜燒汁嘅感覺。其實食完啲牛肉同個烏冬大家都飽了,因為個量同牛雜加埋都真係幾多。以三百零蚊一個牛肉套餐黎講都算係咁了
