方叔叔而家做緊八周年優惠，全線菜單勁減，優惠價真係好抵，仲要免加一，中環店平日夜晚都幾多人，應該係因為有呢個雙重優惠~湯底揀咗麻辣+椰子百香果雞鍋，個鍋一上麻辣味一陣陣飄過嚟，但食落其實係麻而不辣，保持到水準，椰子雞係新推出嘅湯底，店員會即場將食材加入湯底，口味清新越滾越甜~打邊爐令人最期待嘅當然係牛肉，美國特級牛胸腹油花豐富，有牛味，肉質細膩而不失彈性，另外嫩牛肉都係好推介，非常嫩嘅滑牛，正~試咗兩款手打滑，香菜牛肉滑完全係點心牛肉球嘅口感，魚籽蝦滑鮮甜Q彈，兩款都幾好食~蔬菜叫咗皇帝菜、霞浦海帶苗、竹笙、淮山條同腐竹，最好係可以叫半份，啱晒兩個人打邊爐，咩都試少少~必點嘅熟食重慶炸酥肉，炸粉加咗鮮花椒，非常能夠刺激味蕾~ 無論幾飽都要留肚食埋甜品紅糖爆漿粑，一咬落去紅糖醬爆發，口感煙靭Q彈唔黐牙~
