眾所同知,PJ是蟹痴!得瓜兄告知灣仔有一間蟹饌專門店,於是便相約一起來 "上海佬蟹莊" 嘆各式各樣的蟹饌。"上海佬蟹莊" 明顯走型格路線,一室暗燈配節拍明快的音樂,帶點潮的感覺。真的好有興趣知道,到底一間餐廳的餐牌可將 "蟹" 變化成多少種菜式。看完之後,不得不佩服前彭慶記大廚的創意及在構思 menu 上所花的心思。"上海佬蟹莊" 的螃蟹品種繁多,有來自日本、江蘇、阿拉斯加、美國、澳洲、法國、本地、南中國海及越南等等...創造出陣容鼎盛的螃蟹菜單。我們選了3款小食打頭陣,分別有特式蟹拑凍、黑魚子燻蛋及金絲蟹餅。三款小食合共$85元,價錢出奇的合理啊!先吃味道清淡的 "特式蟹拑凍" ($25/件), 上湯凍內放了蟹糕及蟹拑肉,賣相極漂亮,精緻得有點不捨得吃。狠下心腸一啖將它放入口,先嚐到蟹糕的濃,接着是蟹拑肉的鮮,配合正在口中溶化的上湯凍,整體味道有層次,是一道不錯的蟹饌,推介! 接着吃的炸物 - 金絲蟹餅 ($32/件)。蟹餅炸至起絲,吃起來特別鬆脆,蟹餅內釀了薯蓉及蟹肉,香口美味。忍不住點了非蟹饌 "黑魚子燻蛋" ($28件),是這裡的招牌小食,燻蛋做得夠流心,蛋白亦夠嫩,黑魚子為
