筆者多月前曾到上海佬蟹莊享用晚飯,食後評價不俗 (相關食評:開心生日飯)。今日舊地重遊,目標當然是一頓美味的午餐。只可惜期望越大,失望越大,最後抱著不滿的心情而歸。 午膳時段,菜館有兩款套餐提供,一款主打飯麵,另一款主打主菜。 四人同行前菜三小碟分甘同味。四喜烤麩吸汁上味見彈性。脆皮素鵝製作比預期油膩,脆感一般。灌湯小籠包湯汁豐碩,肉餡味道與滑感不過不失。 各前菜味道雖未予驚喜,但基本上交出應有的功課。是日飯餐的「出事位」在於普通不過的揚州炒飯,配料少,不出味,結果令炒飯味道過於單一,只有過鹹的食感。雖然米飯質感富嚼勁,筆者還是少有地「棄船」! 因飯麵套餐簡單,單是主食「出事」也難免拿取較低的分數。一間菜館早晚二市的水準有差距,需留意一下!

各前菜味道雖未予驚喜,但基本上交出應有的功課。是日飯餐的「出事位」在於普通不過的揚州炒飯,配料少,不出味,結果令炒飯味道過於單一,只有過鹹的食感。雖然米飯質感富嚼勁,筆者還是少有地「棄船」!

久違的姊妹淘又聚會啦!今次聚餐主要目的係一年一度食大閘蟹宴。今年大閘蟹價格比較貴,最低消費都要五百幾蚊一個套餐。算啦一年一度豁出去吧!食好啲!前菜花雕酒醉雞墨魚子燻蛋蒜香小黃瓜蟹拑凍最具特色是蟹拑凍,將蟹肉拆碎,工序繁複,賣相吸引之餘,味道亦不錯,加少許陳醋更添美味。蟹粉文思豆腐羹色澤金黃,蟹粉份量不少。味道剛好,有濃郁芬芳的蟹味,越食越想食多碗。主角江蘇大閘蟹上埸了。氣勢逼人,熱呼呼的。蟹膏金黃,好香好濃。還有白色的蟹膏,黏著口腔,真捨不得吞下去。太好味了。蟹肉鮮甜,近乎完美。蟹粉黃金磚黃金磚即炸豆腐。豆腐滑溜,本來跟蟹膏合配,可惜蟹膏調味過鹹。蟹粉伴麵蟹粉完全沒有香味,相信用了質素比較差的。伴麺本身沒有什麼味,再加上淡而無味的蟹粉,淡而無味。清炒豆苗,不過不失啦!蟹粉小籠包皮薄餡靚,熱烘烘,幾乎燙親嘴。薑茶紫薯湯圓薑茶夠薑,相信能驅除寒氣。

見有假日放題早係一個月前就要打黎book位黎到食左一陣已經好失望某些服務員竹態度差😟熱食食物不夠熱...涼盤又不夠凍...連川椒子雞都竟然是凍的陳醋雲耳既"陳醋"原來係個名黎一滴陳醋都搵唔到,變左碟淨雲耳...小籠包有汁都唔熱既第二次叫佢俾碟熱既小籠包今次真係熱!但入面無汁既...除非你個人鍾意食唔熱既野如果唔係都可以唔洗考慮黎😅
