最近知道尖沙咀可以呢間餐廳,所以同朋友去試吓,好似係出名中西合璧,我對創新嘅理念都好有興趣,結果都冇令我失望,由前菜嘅中式茶酒開始,每一道菜都非常之獨特,果然係黑鑽!我覺得重點要講講佢個熟成雞,皮脆肉嫩!可能係我人生食過最好食嘅雞!牛肉嘅味道都好特別,同平時食開嘅牛唔同味,可能係因為產地問題。甜品係山竹雪葩,基本上聽到山竹就已經知道一定冇得輸!老闆仲非常之友善同我哋交流咗一晚,非常年輕英俊的小伙子。
