香港食嘢越嚟越貴,有時花咗錢都唔一定好食。所以一啲收費中上,但係交足功課嘅餐廳我就成日幫襯。例如銅鑼灣登龍街大壹燒鵝:今次想試多幾種燒味,所以叫咗一個三拼另外再加多咗一個滋味全餐,個全餐都好豐富,包埋例湯白飯同油菜首先講吓個三拼,我哋揀咗半肥叉燒,燒腩仔同燒鵝:半肥叉燒屬於厚切,而師傅仲俾咗少少燶邊位,但又唔會太燶,唔會帶苦味。醃料鹹甜好平衡,成嚿叉燒非常高質👍燒腩仔完全做到肥瘦相間,皮脆就一定㗎啦,次次都冇失手燒鵝喺呢度嘅主打菜,師傅切嘅係胸嘅位置,亦都係我鍾意食嘅部位,因為呢個位較薄容易入味,皮一樣係好脆,果然係招牌菜滋味全餐就叫咗豉油雞,師傅特別俾咗雞髀位,雞生熟程度做得啱啱好,近骨位置啱啱熟。而玫瑰露豉油汁令到隻雞非常香甜,皮滑肉嫰好食雖然跟餐嘅例湯係送嘅,但飲得出係老火心機湯,煲湯料好足,雖然係例水,但反而有驚喜
