To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚揸車途經佐敦， 見到有間餐廳叫憶食尚臘味煲仔飯， 即興入去試下。 餐廳有兩層， 地下已經坐滿客人，店員安排我們到一樓用膳。 店內環境舒適， 每一張枱都有屏風隔住私隱度高。 原先想試下這裏的煲仔飯， 但後來三心兩意之下點了瑤柱蛋白海皇炒飯$88、 再加兩個小菜瑤柱蝦米雜菜煲$85和 霸王蔥油雞$98。⭕瑤柱蛋白海皇炒飯～ 炒飯夠乾身， 蝦肉大大粒又爽口， 賣相都好靚。⭕霸王蔥油雞～ 有大量薑蔥排在雞上，雞肉嫩滑新鮮。⭕瑤柱蝦米雜菜煲～ 有白菜、娃娃菜、菜心和西蘭花， 個湯清清地， 適合夏天飲用。今晚兩小口子不算肚餓，所以點三個菜式做晚餐， 來一個輕食的晚上。😊
