To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁爸爸生日就試下海港城新開嘅中式餐廳。環境寬敞,裝修高雅大體。如果book到房仲有落地大玻璃,睇到維港景觀。餐廳以粵菜為主,亦同隔離間新加坡菜係共通嘅,可以叫埋個邊嘅menu!48小時熟成煙燻片皮鴨其實我係為咗佢而嚟,片皮鴨即叫即做,所以上菜需時,不過係值得等待。同平時食開既片皮鴨好唔同,煙燻味好香。另外用熟成咗嘅鴨嚟整片皮鴨,令肉質好嫩滑,配埋薄皮同特製青醬汁,刷新左我對片皮鴨嘅認識。化皮梅菜扣肉扣肉入口即融,但完全唔覺得肥膩,梅菜嘅甜味恰到好處,配白飯一流。海鮮炒貴刁炒出嚟係有鑊氣嘅,炒得乾身,啲粉先會夾起上嚟先條條分明,唔會癡埋一舊,同時又唔會食到成口油。亞參咖哩海班球咖哩有小小辣但味道跟新鮮海班球非常配搭,佢仲配埋鬆脆嘅薄餅一齊食,好滿意。老隆藥膳肉骨茶濃郁嘅肉骨茶味道係拍得住真係新加坡食嘅味道,足料!甜品叫左雪燕香芒椰子盅,有好多新鮮椰肉,芒果,椰子雪糕,口感非常豐富,想encore 多一個

其實我係為咗佢而嚟,片皮鴨即叫即做,所以上菜需時,不過係值得等待。同平時食開既片皮鴨好唔同,煙燻味好香。另外用熟成咗嘅鴨嚟整片皮鴨,令肉質好嫩滑,配埋薄皮同特製青醬汁,刷新左我對片皮鴨嘅認識。
