方叔叔重慶老火鍋為慶祝開店八週年，8月份推出激減優惠，全線菜單勁減和免加一服務費雙拼鴛鴦鍋我選擇咗養生花膠雞鍋同重慶麻辣湯底（正常辣），一次過滿足晒兩個願望！花膠雞湯金黃色，未打邊爐之前可以先飲一啖湯底，盡享精華。而麻辣湯底就會越煮越辣，越煮越香濃！美國 Prime牛小排牛味好濃郁，而且入口嫩滑鮮龍躉片肥瘦適中，龍躉片最鍾意食充滿骨膠原嘅外皮。手打四寶丸有墨魚丸，蝦丸，豬肉丸，牛肉丸新鮮豬腦花（半份）滑嫩的口感，像豆腐，入口即化脆乾貢菜（半份）色澤鮮綠，質地爽口，口感很像海蜇，食用價值極高大刀牛肝（半份）桂花蚌（半份）口感爽脆，味道新鮮
