Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年公司Christmas party搞搞新意思,同事們去咗附近嘅中餐廳食Lunch。公司book咗間房,喺6樓,環境好舒服,私隱度高。Admin同事同餐廳一早訂好菜單,餐廳仲print好菜單放喺枱面,讚我哋入坐無耐,d餸陸續咁上枱,都好快手,可能係一早訂咗菜單關係。d餸賣相好靚,又大碟,加上好肚餓,影完相即刻起動1. 脆炸黑松露豆腐: 本身以為係一粒粒豆腐,點知係一片片好似脆片咁。食落有驚喜!豆腐連黑松露味夠香又match,炸到好脆好香口,前菜一流2. 香梨荔蓉玉帶酥: 又係香口嘢,都係炸得好脆口,𥚃面帶子仲係好juicy,match埋芋蓉,又係好正 (可惜每人得一粒,唔夠喉呀)3. 鮮磨杏汁燉豬肺湯: 我自己唔太好豬肺湯所以無試,同事就講好飲4. 原隻鳳梨咕嚕豚肉: 呢個唔講得笑,真係好好食!用新鮮菠蘿已經夠誠意,個汁酸甜適中,嚿咕嚕肉脆得嚟d肉仲juicy,呢個咕嚕肉100分!5. 我哋入坐無耐,d餸陸續咁上枱,都好快手,可能係一早訂咗菜單關係。d餸賣相好靚,又大碟,加上好肚餓,影完相即刻起動


1. 脆炸黑松露豆腐: 本身以為係一粒粒豆腐,點知係一片片好似脆片咁。食落有驚喜!豆腐連黑松露味夠香又match,炸到好脆好香口,前菜一流

2. 香梨荔蓉玉帶酥: 又係香口嘢,都係炸得好脆口,𥚃面帶子仲係好juicy,match埋芋蓉,又係好正 (可惜每人得一粒,唔夠喉呀)

3. 鮮磨杏汁燉豬肺湯: 我自己唔太好豬肺湯所以無試,同事就講好飲

4. 原隻鳳梨咕嚕豚肉: 呢個唔講得笑,真係好好食!用新鮮菠蘿已經夠誠意,個汁酸甜適中,嚿咕嚕肉脆得嚟d肉仲juicy,呢個咕嚕肉100分!

5. Omnipork 素豬肉魚香茄子煲: 唔講都唔知係素豬肉,同真係豬肉無分別!魚香茄子好好味,撈飯一流!

6. 霸王蔥油生猛老虎: 條魚好大條,但都蒸得好滑,加埋蔥油,好正

7. 惹味胡椒豬肚雞煲: 又係我唔太好豬肚所以無試,同事就話胡椒味好香,唔錯

8. 玫瑰煙燻黃油鮮雞: 據聞係其中一道美味廚名菜,試完真係明白,因為真係正正子。雞又好肉地得嚟又滑,味道又好,好香玫瑰露酒味。

9. 原隻南瓜葡汁四蔬: 食咗好多肉,有碟菜balance 返。個賣相好有誠意(有d Halloween feel)
,個葡汁又match d菜。連d菜都正,無咩位好挑剔。

10. 黑松露牛肉韓鍋燒飯: 經理好好人,放上枱俾我哋影相之後先幫我哋分。個飯真係超讚黑松露味濃,d汁撈埋牛肉,好好好好食。

11. 生焗薑茶芝麻蓉湯圓: 最後甜品係湯圓,出乎意料的正!個茶好夠薑,冬天好暖身!大愛

今餐出奇地好食,無諗過聖誕食中餐都可以咁正!好有興趣再嚟美味廚食中菜,仲想試埋個火鍋,睇相佢d湯底好似勁正咁。

題外話,經理好風趣,又好服務!仲有其他staff都好好,讚x100
