To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果唔係公司搞活動我諗我都唔會再自費食buffet，因為自己根本就食唔多嘢，幾百蚊我寧願食得精緻啲，太多選擇我又唔想，唔食又唔抵。今次公司俾錢食呢一間我未食過㗎，之前評價都係一般般，就睇吓一個唔多食buffet嘅人有咩意見啦。而家折實價每人六百幾蚊有生蠔有鵝肝有麵包蟹有任食movenpick 聽落都似算係咁因為身體狀況其實我唔食得生蠔🦪㗎，不過我忍唔到口食咗三隻，質素都OK！見到同事食成隻麵包蟹、大蝦🍤同螺，我就覺得太麻煩同埋一向都唔”好”又唔識食。魚生方面我就覺得選擇少咗啲囉，因為我唔食三文魚，所以淨係要咗幾片墨魚同埋北寄背。熟食我試左糯米飯、燒牛肉、即煎鵝肝多士、片皮鴨⋯其實佢仲有好多其他嘅⋯例如咖喱薄餅、海南雞飯、蛇羹等等。食物嘅質素普通通，不過我將主力放咗喺甜品度，俾佢個movenpick 雪糕吸引住, 總共食咗4球雪糕， 佢仲要加埋我最鍾意食嘅人氣牛角包窩夫，真係不得了。最吸引係佢嘅甜品，最失望嘅就係生果同埋飲品啦！簡直可以話完全冇嘢俾我揀得落手，生果佢竟然成個蘋果上，其餘都係一啲好普通嘅哈密瓜、菠蘿🍍、西瓜🍉, 我至愛嘅草莓🍓雜莓全部都無。飲品更加唔掂，同事拎既果汁甜到漏，

最吸引係佢嘅甜品，最失望嘅就係生果同埋飲品啦！簡直可以話完全冇嘢俾我揀得落手，生果佢竟然成個蘋果上，其餘都係一啲好普通嘅哈密瓜、菠蘿🍍、西瓜🍉, 我至愛嘅草莓🍓雜莓全部都無。飲品更加唔掂，同事拎既果汁甜到漏，自斟嘅檸檬茶咖啡奶茶完全冇質素可言啦，我想要杯latte/cappuccino 諗都唔好諗. 話晒都一間酒店丫。
佢有一罐罐嘅汽水俾你拎，但係佢一間酒店喎唔係出邊任飲咁食嗰啲喎。😭

雖然俾我哋發現60歲以上長者有八五折優惠（我哋同事堆中有三個）不過都彌補唔到我對佢嘅評價，好彩唔係自己錢😂🤪
又或者咁，係我太過嘴刁姐！
