睇咗某YouTuber推介話呢間Tera寺有藍帶廚師助陣,咁今日lunch緊係要即刻嚟試試本身間鋪已經細,位置唔多,帶位員分枱又安排得唔好,2人坐4人枱又唔理,搞到啲位用唔盡睇返個餐牌,梳乎厘係呢度主打,但lunch當然要叫主食跟餐可以加嘢飲唔洗散叫,係比同區café做得較好嘅地方+28蚊叫咗杯烏龍咖啡試試,味道香濃,加埋啲小珍珠有啲咬口係唔錯嘅,好似楊枝甘露咁跟住叫咗個芫茜青醬意粉就出事啦,呢碟意粉足足等咗成45分鐘先煮得出,你話藍帶慢功出細貨?點解某一日一港YouTuber嗰碟份量多到滿碟,芫茜都明顯爭好多。再返嚟睇下我嗰碟,普通人食唔洗出鏡就變返咁寒酸,用咗45分鐘最後煮咗碟咁嘅嘢下。原來藍帶做嘢就係咁求其,上碟都做唔返碟碟一樣,我呢碟我食完都仲係餓。係嘅,你都可以話法國餐係食精品,唔係食肚飽,但唔知精品咗喺咩位置呢?碟粉上枱嘅時候得返暖暖哋,已經無咩溫度,OK我當法式意粉係凍食?我真係見識少撩開入面終於出返少小煙出嚟,雖然啲汁可以均勻包裹著每條意粉可以話係一個優點,但只係忌廉汁多咗啲青菜味,同芫茜係毫無關係。除咗芫茜有芫茜味,碟粉係食唔到芫茜味。碟煙三文魚波菜意粉就不再多講,因
