以前公館嘅主人,非富即貴,其廚子必須精通大江南北菜,方能綁得住主人的胃,也能令主人的餐桌在客人面前體體面面據聞這間金公館的大廚也身懷十八般武藝,唯以京、川、粵菜最洒家👍甫入店中,最吸引眼球的,竟然是這台“高科技”自動補水電水煲,方便到不得了。。。京菜代表不得不試片皮烤鴨,鴨烤得香脆,大廚还很贴心將鴨皮的皮下脂肪片走,食落不觉得油腻,鴨香充滿口腔之中,另外鴨肉雖是全瘦,但軟滑可口、肉汁充盈川式酸菜魚,湯頭鮮香,酸、辣、鮮、甜共冶一爐,加上滑滑魚片,相得益彰!粵式主打點心,選擇很多,應有盡有!蝦餃皇皮夠薄、餡飽滿,鮮蝦夠哂彈牙!幾款點心都是水準之上,尤其是這碟排骨,吃得出不是用雪藏貨,落重本呀!飯炒得粒粒分明,簡單配料先能顕出師傅功力!只聽店名以爲貴價食店,其實價錢平民化,而且用料新鮮,唔怪之疫症期間都座無虛席,果然有實力。
