To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次寫食評，呢間酒樓，服務及食物質素一樣咁差，唔知係咪因為我地用信用卡買一送一任食點心既優惠(除開每人都要$120)，所以得到呢D效果？D點心微熱，炸物油淋淋，每次都要叫先有人加水(呢D都算數)，最重要既係我地發現廚師有加料既嫌疑，事原……我地第一次叫左椒鹽豆腐，6個人黎左5小粒，覺得好味，之後加單，等左好耐都未黎，吹單，冇反應，最後再入紙，終於黎左，但發覺D豆腐有怪味，最終冇食到亦冇投訴。但我覺得，講到咁巴閉既酒樓都係不外如事，如果唔鍾意接待用優惠既客人，請貴司不要做任何promotion
