To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鰂魚涌海光街兩旁盡是餐廳其中呢間主打冇味精美食食好嘢之餘，又食得健康外婆肉絲煎面($118)真係好鍾意食呢個家常小菜 煎麵炸到脆卜卜雙層嘅肉絲芡汁味道剛好 又多雜菌配料海鮮喇沙($88)出奇地係唔辣鍾意食辣嘅朋友可能有啲失望 不過就啱晒嗰啲唔食得辣嘅人喇沙湯底椰香味濃烈 最重要係飲晒都唔緊要因為冇味精㗎～真係好難得無骨海南雞飯要雞髀($95)雞皮比較厚身 不過唔肥雞肉滑溜 不過有點凍廚王炒飯($108)大大碟新鮮炒起嘅炒飯熱辣辣配料簡單有菜粒蝦粒和蛋 但係已經好滋味馬來西亞肉骨茶($108)呢個價錢一大鍋好抵飲基本上有成七、八碗肉骨茶藥材味當中帶點甜 口感特別有多件豬骨 食落好食
