一向都鍾意食上海菜,今次同朋友喺附近,見到個樣都幾靚,就行咗入去食,點知呢個係一個錯誤選擇。上海菜講求濃油赤醬,就算而家啲人要健康,食得冇咁濃味,但係都唔係去到咁冇味㗎。清炒萵筍絲,萵筍唔甜,冇乜調味,除咗生日切得幾幼之外,真係冇嘢出色。菜肉雲吞仲過分,呢度係上海菜館,唔係廣東粉面店,點解會加咗紫菜落去,上海雲吞要加嘅話,應該係加雪菜或者榨菜,而家變成三不像。三鮮炒年糕,味道又係奇奇怪怪,三鮮材料一啲都唔鮮,火腿唔靚,蝦冇味,我真係理解唔到喺咁多嘢食嘅東大街呢間嘢點解生存到。
