今日在這晚餐,經自助下單要了一個二人套餐,其中一樣餸是霸王雞,過了一陣服務員放了一碟雞在枱面,我咬了一口發覺有酒味,於是奇怪便問服務員,獲答覆是霸王雞賣完,便用醉雞代替,但之前完全沒詢問客人是否同意,但現在她說問過廚師說我食過便不肯更換,而另一個餸菜津白亦淡而無味,而單據上面清楚顯示我點的餸是霸王雞,現在好像是強迫客人接受,令人極度不快,最後所有餸菜和甜品也不進食便結帳離開,服務員雖然免了加一,我也說了不需要,這店以後不會再幫襯

想簡簡單單食碗麵解決一餐, 都有D驚喜首先坐低就有杯茶上,Nice~ 個擔擔麵花生醬味唔會太濃,但食落會聞到花生香,個擔擔麵醬仲有炒香既肉燥,麵底有芽菜,口感味道都唔錯;排骨另上,厚實大啖肉,口感鬆軟,炸粉好薄,啱啱好做到香脆口感又唔會成口炸粉,成件事恰到好處,唔錯。

想簡簡單單食碗麵解決一餐, 都有D驚喜
首先坐低就有杯茶上,Nice~ 個擔擔麵花生醬味唔會太濃,但食落會聞到花生香,個擔擔麵醬仲有炒香既肉燥,麵底有芽菜,口感味道都唔錯;排骨另上,厚實大啖肉,口感鬆軟,炸粉好薄,啱啱好做到香脆口感又唔會成口炸粉,成件事恰到好處,唔錯。

叫左麻婆豆腐同酸菜魚幫襯左七年左右,最鐘意酸菜魚之前有食過黑醋骨,都大愛,但中間有一排去食發現味道差左,後來就只食酸菜魚麻婆豆腐夠熱,有香菇,好食,但係唔夠麻,送飯一流酸菜魚今日偏咸,夠麻,啲魚好滑,表面應該裏左生粉,可惜食食下見到有曱甴係碗湯度,仲有幾舊魚未食,都食唔落了,連杯豆漿都冇飲哂所以冇下次了侍應好冷靜,好似見慣不怪,問我換一碗好唔好,我揀左退錢,剩番的野食佢地主動俾左九折我但都係冇下次了

Fortunately we seated before the crowds queuing outside the restaurant. Weirdly, even there's an upper level of seats, staff didn't open upstairs even customers requested; ending up huge queue outside the restaurant. Anyway, we ordered the lunch sets. Fortunately we seated before the crowds queuing outside the restaurant. Weirdly, even there's an upper level of seats, staff didn't open upstairs even customers requested; ending up huge queue outside the restaurant.

Anyway, we ordered the lunch sets. One braised noodle with diced chicken with marinated soybean sprouts as starter and one deep fried pork ribs with shanghai noodle in broth (self requested changing from spicy sesame sauce) with Chinese pickled cucumber as starter.

Both marinated soy beans sprouts and Chinese pickled cucumber were well marinated. Full of sesame oil flavour. Not too oily. Both were pretty crunchy. With a hint of tangy flavour that was very appetising.

Braised noodle with diced chicken was boiling hot. It took 5-8mins wait to be able to eat in small spoonful of noodle. Huge portion of noodle. Not much chicken chunks. Few diced vegetable. Noodle was very soft. Broth was milky with umami flavour. Not bad.

Deep fried pork ribs were in golden colour. Not too greasy. Head and end of the pork ribs were crunchy but middle part was a bit soggy. Pork was tender and moist. Noodle was alright, not as soft as the braised noodle. Topped with few vegetables.

Food was pretty good and served in boiling hot and right amount of portion.
It was funny that staff told those customers who would like to pay their bill and ordered food that unable to work on the payment and order. Staff was asking them to wait for 15mins due to system shut down. Some were waiting patiently while some complain and just left the restaurant. Anyhow didn't affect my experience here.
In addition, almost all waiter and waitresses messed up all tables ordered that need to re-order their food including my table, but the staff in the kitchen was pretty mad about this and shouting to the waiter and waitresses. Pretty much whole restaurant heard their argument. It was quite embarrassing.

All in all, food was pretty nice and authentic. Definitely will come again as serving loads of options. Hope next visit will be more harmonious.

幾年前已幫襯過,食物ok, 當時服務ok.今晚去開東大街諗住食上海野,入到去發覺好似唔同哂,服務員變得後生,唔知係咪轉左老闆。坐低左發覺所有店員都黑口黑面,非常趕客。食物質素還可以 , 但加餸都要睇服務員面色,食完埋單多謝都無聲,全程黑面。其實店舖食物 OK ,價錢還可以。只不過服務態度十分差,如果當日你去心情唔靚,好容易會比班店員激親,鬧交收場。如果間店老闆睇到呢嗰部post ,請了解下發生什麼事,捱得過疫情呢幾年都唔容易,希望唔好就咁就俾幾個店員搞掂左。

尋日幾個朋友搵晚飯食,左搵右搵,見到呢間似有啲歷史,又想食下上海野,所以就幫襯下坐低已經發覺周圍衛生麻麻,不過一次半次就算,我吔叫咗兩份小龍包,兩份麻辣小龍包,上海粗炒,梅子骨、火腿津白、樟鴨半隻、高力豆沙,當中樟鴨我吔一見到已經有啲驚訝,份量係半隻再減半隻,好似比人偷去半隻咁,本以為咁係正常,但之後離開個時經過另一枱,佢隻鴨嘅份量又變返正常半隻,有啲怪,你哋一定話點解吾問佢吔,當你之前經歷過,知道啲伙記黑口黑面,比任何餐具、餐單,甚至乎攞醋,態度都非常惡劣,你就吾會想問佢吔,算!快快食完就走,不知所謂,以後都唔會再去,大家小心

我竟然喺筲箕灣比我搵到一間隱世嘅上海麵館,真心正,因為我見到我最鍾意食嘅上海雞肉煨麵,我喺出面食左好多間上海店都搵唔到有,依家麵館終於滿足到我嘅需求,佢個雞肉煨麵啲肉質係彈牙,好有口感,除咗雞肉煨麵,當然唔少得我最鍾意嘅小籠包,呢度嘅小籠包拍得起出面大公司嘅味道,非常多肉汁,個皮又唔會太硬亦都唔會太淋,肉汁係王道,另外個炸雞扒菜飯,又係好符合我嘅口味,炸得夠脆,食落又唔會話好多油嘅感覺,另外嗌咗個桂花糕,唯獨認為桂花糕可以再改善,因為真心覺得一啲味都冇,如果可以前少少有返啲桂花香味就非常好,最緊要店員服務好,快啲去食啦食得推介

早幾日去完石澳遊水。就近近地係筲箕灣到搵野食 好耐無去東大街 好多舖都吾同左 行左一陣都無咩岩心水 見到呢間上海會館就決定坐低試下先 因為都好耐無食過小籠包點心類 坐低個環境都好舒服 就睇下有咩食 點心類形都比較多 睇完就叫左小籠包 鍋貼 蔥油餅 豆沙窩餅等左一陣都好快到食物 小籠包皮好薄好多汁 夾起都吾會穿鍋貼 肉汁鮮 個底煎到好香脆 蔥油餅 咬一啖個口感鬆脆 之前係出面食過都好硬 有心機👍🏻豆沙窩餅 上枱時已經聞到好香 個味道有啲似蛋糕味 外脆內軟個皮 今次點心小食餐總括很好9/10 希望小店味道要傳承下去

鍋貼 肉汁鮮 個底煎到好香脆

雖然咁講一間餐廳真係唔係咁好,但係呢個真係真實嘅食評。今次我去到佢哋餐廳,食咗生煎鍋貼同埋佢哋嘅上海擔擔麵。1. 生煎鍋貼要$40得四隻,咬落去個皮好厚,而且豬肉比較乾,唔講以為去咗姐平民既小食店度買,感覺好差,極不推薦。2.佢嘅上海擔擔麵,味道都算OK, 但係麵條質地比較淋,一夾就難,真係一試難忘,唔想再食。好彩佢都係$45,如果唔係真係抌心口。講一講佢嘅服務先,上菜速度好慢,而且態度一般。總括而言,唔會再食呢間餐廳,希望食到一間餐廳可以對得住價錢嘅食物同埋服務。係我食咁多次中菜,比較失望嘅一次。
