To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

渝係另一半嘅銅鑼灣至愛，上次夜晚嚟，排左好耐隊，今次星期六晏晝，好快有得入去食上次散嗌些牙啲小菜，因為我兩嗜辣嘅程度係少少辣同多多辣嘅分別，雖然叫左小辣我就辣到「時Lee Su Lu」佢就食得唔夠爽癮。今次晏仔就叫套餐，一人一份小食併盤加碗麵✌🏻先講口水雞，個麻辣汁好惹味，我嗰碟雞肉多數係脾✌🏻份量亦好夠。另外三個涼拌，牛柏葉、雲耳同青瓜，超好送飯的，食食下熱嘅麵食幾啖涼拌小菜中和下，除左辣辣地仲有麻油味份量都多，食晒三樣已經飽左一截。至於我碗重慶酸辣粉，麵質煙靭，唔會太辣。另一半最愛燃燒麵(一聽到呢個名會聯想到食左呢碗麵第二日會火燒⋯)，佢話有時會辣到胃痛(咁仲食?)。最後，食完辣嘢食埋佢個桂花冰粉降下溫，爽😊講埋上次食嗰碟夫妻肺片呢碟好似叫小辣都辣到阿妻條脷好刺痛，阿夫好小心咁揀左同挑走啲辣椒嘅牛肚，其他肉係有啲木毒，味道方面雖然對我嚟講好辣但係幾好味嘅。
