To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過「天‧悠蔬食」,一直念念不忘,今次終於去咗他們嘅尖沙咀分店,再回味一吓他們的素美食。尖沙咀分店舖面冇荃灣嗰間咁大,但食物質素一樣高。翻開餐牌,上次點過嘅今次已經冇咗,但又有一啲新嘅菜式,小編非常欣賞他們努力創造新菜式,不斷畀客人新鮮感。🌹紅菜頭蘋果合桃沙律紅菜頭加蘋果加合桃這個組合,單靠想像已經覺得冇得輸,上枱見到鮮紅色,賣相又再贏一半,味道方面,蘋果又爽又清甜,係特別甜,紅菜頭亦都清甜可口,合桃又香又有咬口,加上營養豐富嘅藜麥,整體非常出色,食落非常開胃,必食。🌹素瑤柱桂花賽螃蟹素翅就咁表面睇已經覺得食材好豐富,雖然唔係完全知情哂食材係乜,但食落好爽好有咬口,味道咸味適中,小編覺得比真嘅賽螃蟹更好味,必食。🌹蜜汁脆燒腐皮卷脆燒腐皮卷係將燒脆嘅腐皮包住腍嘅腐皮,又脆又腍,口感非常爽,加上沾上蜜汁,甜味更能刺激味蕾,都係必食。🌹和風照燒汁素鰻魚薄餅他們一慣嘅薄餅都係薄身,而薄餅邊又係特別脆,所以小編特別喜歡,今次揀咗素鰻魚做薄餅餡料,素鰻魚雖然口感唔太似鰻魚,但它本身都比較彈牙,加上用照燒汁烤,素鰻魚相當入味惹味,不過小編覺得芝士份量比較多,芝士同鰻魚唔係太夾,如果選用其他配料如

他們一慣嘅薄餅都係薄身,而薄餅邊又係特別脆,所以小編特別喜歡,今次揀咗素鰻魚做薄餅餡料,素鰻魚雖然口感唔太似鰻魚,但它本身都比較彈牙,加上用照燒汁烤,素鰻魚相當入味惹味,不過小編覺得芝士份量比較多,芝士同鰻魚唔係太夾,如果選用其他配料如菇類可能會更好。


🌹柚子蘆薈乳酪蛋糕
這個芝士蛋糕口感比較厚重,吃起來冰冰涼涼的,一口下去係濃郁嘅奶油奶酪味,少甜但甜蜜中帶著微酸的口感,加上配搭柚子同蘆薈,口感味道香味都提升。


🌹焗蓬茸西米布甸
西米布甸係懷舊港式甜品,小編特別喜歡,淡淡的甜味、香濃的奶味、層次豐富,都係布甸獨特嘅質感令人喜愛,這布甸係水準之作,入口即化,瞬間散開的奶香味讓人欲罷不能,最後有幾片士多啤梨同幾粒藍莓,有畫龍點睛的作用。


🌹桂圓紅棗雪耳茶
這個雪耳茶,上次點了今點,一樣都係好多雪耳好多紅棗好多桂圓,紅棗味好濃,非常清甜,感覺可解膩,其實可以當甜品糖水
