5年前食過一次後念念不忘,見到個蟹膏飯依然想食。不過今次都係兩個人食,所以都係無食呢道signature菜式😂今次餐廳多咗啲貓貓掛牆畫,雖然冇以前咁淡雅,但令環境變得活潑。加上同Chef Sandy閒談一陣,知佢鍾意貓貓,如果環境令佢開心,可更用心為客人烹調美食,我係絕對支持嘅🙋🏻♂️Service team方面,我記得之前係有位年紀大啲嘅侍應,佢serve客時好淡定好優雅,我好欣賞;而家呢一team就後生啲,優雅感都爭啲啲,不過介紹菜式時都好用心,尤其係4眼女同事,我都欣賞佢對客人嘅貼心👍🏻呢個南瓜湯夠杰夠濃味,加咗啲咖啡粉同米通令湯嘅味道更有層次更特別呢隻蟶子真係不得了!煮熟程度真係啱啱好,咬一口你就會感覺到聖子外層有彈性而入面係細嫩,加上麵包糠碎又令佢口感更佳,加分龍蝦湯我比較鍾意杰身嘅口感,不過既然叫做macchiato,稀身嘅texture都預咗。但估唔到佢真係用coffee mug上菜😂味道絕對無愧對macchiato呢個名,濃濃嘅龍蝦味,齒頰留香,飲完會有種龍蝦湯嘅味道環繞口腔。龍蝦肉嫩口清甜,但點落呢杯macchiato就爭少少,因為啲湯唔夠杰,所以痴唔到上龍蝦肉度。無

味道絕對無愧對macchiato呢個名,濃濃嘅龍蝦味,齒頰留香,飲完會有種龍蝦湯嘅味道環繞口腔。龍蝦肉嫩口清甜,但點落呢杯macchiato就爭少少,因為啲湯唔夠杰,所以痴唔到上龍蝦肉度。

你睇啲肉嘅顏色真係靚到呢~簡直係medium rare嘅極致!US prime有靚嘅脂肪分佈,牛味香濃,配上少許鹽同黑胡椒已經好好味,絕對比得上好多出名嘅扒房
另外提一提個side叫夜香花,即係茉莉花,所以食落真係有茉莉花香,初次食幾特別不過未去到話好好味。

小總結:今次同Chef Sandy有機會傾下偈,發現佢都幾有童心,會不斷發掘新嘢,勇於作出嘗試同改變。可能因為咁,佢有多菜式都會嘗試加多少少嘢,就係啲少少嘢,會令口感同味道加分。我會期待下次光臨嘗試蟹膏飯🤤
