其實呢間酒樓開業嗰陣已經嚟試過菜我記得第一個感覺係幾抵食 食物質素幾OK但係唔知係咪開耐咗質素開始下降 我見D食評都話佢差咗所以今日經過特登試試佢本身我哋係叫炸脆皮雞但係侍應話已經賣晒其實嗰陣時都好早大約夜晚7:00去到之後幫我哋改咗做文昌雞隻雞真係麻麻肉質唔滑 冇乜味黑椒牛仔骨煲味道非常惹味而且熱辣辣上枱嗰陣時仲咋咋聲呢個原隻燒乳豬 要一早訂定其實嚟呢間酒樓都係為咗食呢隻乳豬新鮮出爐 非常出色無論調味肉質 而且個皮都係好脆非常值得一試蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦蝦肉質結實唔會霉蒜蓉豉油調味恰到好處連個粉絲底都好好味西蘭花炒帶子帶子隻隻都好大粒 好彈牙保持到酒樓小炒 水準之作小炒王用料都好充足 好有鑊氣所有用料配合得好好送酒一流整體嚟講 我覺得保持到質素如果經過想食中菜都會keep住嚟幫襯最後隻乳豬真係要試試
