北京片皮鴨兩食都幾抵食。片皮前見到隻鴨嘅真身,一d都唔細隻,真係幾抵食。片出黎嘅肉仲多過d包鴨肉用嘅蒸餅皮,份量都幾足。面而且隻鴨唔係好肥,食咗冇咁大罪惡感。啲鴨肉唔會好韌,不過鴨皮就略嫌佢唔係好夠香。除咗青瓜絲同埋京蔥先之外仲有黃色嗰啲酸蘿蔔絲,用嚟包住片皮鴨嚟食就冇咁滯啦。第二食就揀咗鴨肉絲炒韭菜花,炒咗韭菜花之後嘅鴨肉絲比較韌,鴨肉絲嘅size係比較粗嘅,可能就係因為咁樣,所以煮過龍導致佢比較韌。

難得今日放假,於是就約埋肯早起床的朋友今日一早去位於藍田啟田商場瓏苑飲茶。上湯灼菜心苗 $18.80綠油油的菜心感覺鮮嫩,不過可惜灼得太耐,感覺有點冧。我們叫了兩個醒晨孖寶,共$71.6鳳爪排骨飯鳳爪和排骨都醃得十分入味,不過鳳爪太冧。排骨咬落有微微的肉汁滲進口腔裏,十分滋味。米飯粒粒分明,軟硬適中。香茜牛肉腸粉皮不算厚,免治牛肉裏混入了馬蹄粒和笎茜粒,食落牛肉又冧又滑,有馬蹄粒的爽脆,又有芫茜的香味,層次感十足,再加上豉油,提升了這碟點心的香味。燒汁釀茄子茄子煎得夠冧身,魚肉醃得入味兼夠彈牙,混入了少許葱粒,再掛上一些醬汁,味道不錯,不過感覺有少許油膩。南乳蒸豬手豬手十分入味,豬皮咬落有煙韌和彈牙的感覺,豬肉夠冧身,食落陣陣的南乳香味滿佈口腔裏,十分好味,但花生太冧。順德鯪魚球 $23鯪魚球混入了蝦米和芫茜,鯪魚肉醃得夠入味,咬落有彈牙的感覺,再加入蝦米的鮮味和芫茜的香味,震撼了我的味蕾。

普通侍應生服務幾好,相返高級些職員態度非常惡劣,由其係一位女職員唔知佢嘅職位係經理定主任級,我1930落單,叫隻片皮鴨冇,其實無咩問題,最多咪叫第二樣囉,佢竟然反問我,點解唔一坐低就落單,好似係我問題咁😵‍💫仲要串住話一早落咪有囉👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾全大廳廿枱唔夠,都話無得叫,1930叫到餸,應該都算係頭輪丫,究竟貴公司準備咗幾多隻鴨去應付一個晚市呢?

之前試過打嚟訂位,話乳豬要留,當日冇晒,今日再想打去訂位,問有冇乳豬留,將個電話交完俾呢個又比嗰個人,又話唔知你咁多,你哋自己講清楚,又再轉比第四個到最後一手聽見我得兩個人,就話唔肯留叫我自己到時上去睇吓有冇! 既然你知道自己間餐廳係用乳豬來做賣點,但係又吊高嚟賣,兩個人又唔俾留1/2,跟你規矩留一隻見人哋得兩個人又唔想接單,咁樣做生意,祝你好運!

其實呢間酒樓開業嗰陣已經嚟試過菜我記得第一個感覺係幾抵食 食物質素幾OK但係唔知係咪開耐咗質素開始下降 我見D食評都話佢差咗所以今日經過特登試試佢本身我哋係叫炸脆皮雞但係侍應話已經賣晒其實嗰陣時都好早大約夜晚7:00去到之後幫我哋改咗做文昌雞隻雞真係麻麻肉質唔滑 冇乜味黑椒牛仔骨煲味道非常惹味而且熱辣辣上枱嗰陣時仲咋咋聲呢個原隻燒乳豬 要一早訂定其實嚟呢間酒樓都係為咗食呢隻乳豬新鮮出爐 非常出色無論調味肉質 而且個皮都係好脆非常值得一試蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦蝦肉質結實唔會霉蒜蓉豉油調味恰到好處連個粉絲底都好好味西蘭花炒帶子帶子隻隻都好大粒 好彈牙保持到酒樓小炒 水準之作小炒王用料都好充足 好有鑊氣所有用料配合得好好送酒一流整體嚟講 我覺得保持到質素如果經過想食中菜都會keep住嚟幫襯最後隻乳豬真係要試試
