天氣一轉涼d...個腦除左諗起打邊爐之外,生滾粥絕對係第2選擇傳統粥鋪真係買少見少,繼續推薦舊區之選~新蒲崗,區區一個新蒲崗,我諗至少有3間舊式粥舖,今次推薦既生記,呢間生記同港島,旺角個間唔同,價錢走既下勁平民路線,幾蚊就可以食到碟炸両,腸粉等等小食今次2個人叫左碗瘦肉粥,蒸蘿蔔糕,炸両,炒麵,埋單合共39蚊,你話抵唔抵啦?瘦肉粥~勁多瘦肉,瘦肉一早煮好,加落熱辣辣既白粥,再灑上蔥花,自己再加少許幼 鹽,食左幾啖就暖粒粒炸両~油炸鬼係新鮮炸起,食落仲脆卜卜,可能今日舖頭人多,所以咁岩撞正新鮮炸起,台面既醬任落,當然唔少等芝麻,正蒸蘿蔔糕~精髓係呢度既甜豉油,聽到唔少人叫,都會叫呀姐多豉油,不過今次食個蘿蔔糕粉好似多左少少炒麵~只係試左1啖,自己習慣加甜醬,點知未試已經俾人加左大旺辣醬,所以已經不是我杯茶,有機會要自己食1碟
