To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣咁凍最好嘅選擇就係去食暖笠笠嘅煲仔飯啦，尋晚就同屋企人去左佐敦搵到呢間煲仔飯專門店🤣，我地order左兩個2人份嘅煲仔飯😋，港式臘味煲仔飯$177（佢地嘅臘味係自家製，臘腸、臘肉、油鴨全部都整得好好味，飯嘅硬度都適中)，另外1個係川味臘腸滑雞煲仔飯$187(雞件好嫩滑，自家製嘅臘腸有少少麻辣味，食落個口感都幾得意，辣到適中5會太辣，因為本身我自己都5係好食得辣)，我地仲order左甜蜜咕嚕肉$127（味道甜甜地，完全冇油炸嘅感覺，外脆來軟😋、芥菜排骨煲$137（芥菜除左有1-2塊係有少少苦味之外，排骨好味同好淋，連個湯都可以飲埋🤤，整體泥講係好味👍🏿、芥蘭炒臘味$127(芥蘭炒得好鮮甜)
