冬天當然要繼續打邊爐啦,今次就同朋友嚟咗銅鑼灣呢間主打一人一蒸氣鍋餐廳 — 船渦。餐廳座位非常寬敞,我就鐘意靠窗嘅高枱,可以同朋友、另一半拍住坐傾計都方便啲!呢度有多款套餐選擇,每款名稱都非常特別,我哋今次就揀咗九品芝麻($218)同八府巡按($388),已包咗前菜、炸物、海鮮、肉類、丸類、蔬菜同甜品。前菜係三款刺身,有北寄貝、甘蝦同帆立貝,雖然唔算好大件,但食得出幾新鮮。炸物就分別有章魚燒、芝麻雞翼同雞軟骨餃子,比較鐘意芝麻雞翼,炸到香脆可口。主菜當然係海鮮啦,呢度有自家水缸所以全部海鮮都係睇得到嘅新鮮!等個蒸爐夠熱,就可以放上去蒸,而枱面上貼住每款海鮮建議蒸煮時間,跟住做就無問題!其中龍蝦肉質細膩彈牙,味道鮮美,鮑魚肉厚軟腍,蟶子皇好大隻又爽口!肉類就以澳州M5和牛最正,牛味超香濃,雞腿肉都超軟腍!丸類就有牛骨濃汁牛丸、薑汁皮蛋貢丸、招牌墨魚丸,個人超推薦墨魚丸扎實彈牙又香!食埋蔬菜拼盤就可以煮海鮮粥,店員會過嚟加入粥底,並將已經煮林嘅南瓜同埋芋頭整碎拌匀,食落軟綿又鮮甜,每啖都非常滿足!最後甜品就係雪米糍,食完熱辣辣邊爐再食雪糕真係好爽!
