近日又凍返,真係好想去食火鍋,今次就同幾位朋友齊齊去了石門帝逸酒店內的源峰。餐廳位於酒店頂樓,坐擁城門河的景致,景觀極之開揚,寬敞的空間感,又有廂房及吧檯,適合不同客人的須要。而今次就試了[冬日暖意•時令鍋物]套餐,供應期由2023年1月9日至2023年3月31日。當中另加$408,可享用包括3款開運清酒(每款 100ml) Including 3 glasses of Kaiun Sake pairing (100ml each)。前菜 Appetizer三色海藻、松葉蟹肉、海膽、鮭魚子先來一份沙律清清味蕾,爽彈的三色海藻,混和了鮮甜的松葉蟹肉,加上肥美的海膽及三文魚籽,口感豐富。刺身 Sashimi一口氣送上中吞拿魚腩、左口魚、石鯛、牡丹海老及北海道帆立貝,新鮮度無庸置疑,簡簡單單的,來一杯很易入喉的[開運 貓 純米],金光閃閃的酒瓶,好意頭。煮物 Stewed Dish(另加)櫻煮八爪魚足其實不單止有軟稔的大八爪魚足,仲有漬蘿蔔、荷蘭荳,最正係有埋鵪鶉蛋,絕對邪惡,個人喜歡配以[開運]的純米大吟釀。燒物 Grilled Dish鰤魚照燒實在好適宜用來佐酒,魚肉燒得香口,濃厚的燒汁

其實不單止有軟稔的大八爪魚足,仲有漬蘿蔔、荷蘭荳,最正係有埋鵪鶉蛋,絕對邪惡,個人喜歡配以[開運]的純米大吟釀。

鰤魚照燒


實在好適宜用來佐酒,魚肉燒得香口,濃厚的燒汁,食落好惹味,此刻,最好是配襯帶點花香的[葛之里]。

鮟鱇魚柳及魚肝天婦羅


其實除了鮟鱇魚柳及魚肝天婦羅外,更有馬碲、日本富山柿及日本芥蘭苗,炸漿上得夠薄,而且油份瀝得清,富山柿當然係最欣賞之一,芥蘭苗亦相當爽脆,好味,再呷一口[葛之里],甜度及微乳酸味正好起了平衡油膩感。

套餐本身可自選以下鍋物一款,但正好人多,每人挑一款互相分享問題不大。

在場大部份人的選擇,牛肉看得出的油脂平均,略嫌冰得太凍,就算放入鍋中,都要花點時間,但有日本蛋加持,牛肉份外嫩滑。

出奇地,三款中湯底最濃稠及吸引的,反而係雞湯,呈奶白色的湯底,滿是雞肉的香氣,配料是雞翼、手打丸子及雞肉塊,灼熟後雞肉嫩滑,肉味香濃,效果是出奇地好,而且配稻庭烏冬,蘸滿了濃雞湯後,又是惹味到一個點。

講得季節,預了食水果,今次係靜岡蜜瓜,自然熟透的香甜,實在令人無法抗拒。

其實三款酒,亦可單支購買,最相宜兩支都係$360起,而純米大吟釀則要$780起跳。
