To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年冬至提早左一日食..無喺正日食都好，前兩日先打電話去訂位都仲訂到。共11個大人，2個小朋友。因為節日關係就無得散叫，一定要叫套餐。我地要左中間呢個冬至宴，雖然我地無提早落訂，侍應姐姐都話可以做返減$200比我地。講真平時唔係做節既話價錢應該會抵好多。平時食果啲龍蝦伊面通常都比較淡，今次又唔會...係可惜龍蝦肉少左啲...鮑魚真係好”銀”完全咬唔開...哈哈 雖然佢賣相唔錯另一樣比較失敗就係條魚係未熟..要拎返入廚房再蒸過唯一我覺得幾好食反而係隻燒雞...一啲都唔乾...雞肉好嫩仲有呢個百花球都唔錯
