To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聖誕時去左Grand Hyatt Staycation,順理成章去埋Steakhouse食飯，之前試過上網book但係全部時段都full booking，今有得試，真係非常開心！餐飯係Staycation package包埋，要去樓上坐，樓上環境一般，樓底好矮頂級海鮮拼盤，包括：蘇格蘭活石生蠔 2隻，小龍蝦多士虎蝦雞尾酒，自家製煙三文魚 ，凍藍青口本身加咗三隻蘇格蘭活石生蠔 （$40@）但因為溝通問題，結果係每人加咗三隻海鮮拼盤因為咁而好豐富，生蠔非常好食，充滿有海水味，蠔身食落脆卜卜，其餘海鮮都好新鮮，煙三文魚份量太多，因為我唔係咁鍾意食三文魚，覺得好膩🎈🦞湯 - 龍蝦湯 千邑個湯擺盆非常肉酸，味道雖然唔錯，但賣相好核突🥲 食完一個凍嘅海鮮拼盤，等咗好耐先至有碗湯暖暖胃但之後又要再等好耐先至到主菜🐃主菜 - 5安士牛柳配龍蝦尾 紅酒燒汁🥗伴菜炒小椰菜 呢款係好食，牛柳熟度剛剛好，係我心目中鍾意嘅，同埋食到最愛龍蝦但小椰菜本身帶苦， Grill完陣苦味更濃烈食咗兩啖就放棄🌰甜品-法式栗子蛋糕 雲尼拿軟雪糕去到呢一度已經等咗好耐好耐🧊🧊🧊最尾佢仲上個甜品包括一個雪糕，除咗覺得好凍之外我冇

頂級海鮮拼盤，包括：

虎蝦雞尾酒，自家製煙三文魚 ，凍藍青口
本身加咗三隻蘇格蘭活石生蠔 （$40@）

海鮮拼盤因為咁而好豐富，生蠔非常好食，

呢款係好食，牛柳熟度剛剛好，

食咗兩啖就放棄

最尾佢仲上個甜品包括一個雪糕，
除咗覺得好凍之外我冇咩好講

出菜速度異常地慢，餐廳冷氣非常凍，
熱食同凍食嘅比例唔平均，
等嘅時間比食嘅時間多，越坐越凍，
覺得咩都唔好味，凍到極地雪犬咁🧣🧥
最失敗嘅係佢用嘅Air Pressure Opener
唔係個Opener 失敗，失敗在無教識Staff用，
想飲杯酒，搞咗45分鐘，
都冇人識得用呢個Opener ⋯
一啲都唔享受呢一餐，總之冇下次
