To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃了幾天西餐,有點悶。友人又剛從歐洲旅行回來,去茶餐廳夠地道。找到這間開張不久的冰室。裝潢新簇,門牌又用上鮮豔搶眼的顏色,字體隱藏著摩登格調,沒有懷舊的感覺,但跟傳統的冰室一樣,門外設外賣麵包。焗咖喱雞飯多士盒比起一般茶餐廳,餐牌添上新意。平常不過的焗飯,放入多士盒,頓時變得不一樣。看著友人填得滿滿的多士盒,十分吸引。咖喱汁香又辣,很惹味。伴以清甜的紅黃椒,添上清新。混了咖喱的飯粒,不會太濕。加了少許芝士去焗,香而不膩。有了多士盒,飯的份量不用太多。多士夠脆,伴咖喱汁一流。不過多士盒始終太大,吃不完。檸檬雞中翼雞翼配魚湯米粉的套餐,兩隻雞全翼或三隻雞中翼。檸檬皮的甘香滲入雞翼,加上微甜的瑞士汁,夠味但不會太濃。雞翼大隻,肉多又嫩,不錯。蕃茄薯仔鰂魚鮮蜆湯一向覺得茶餐廳多油多鹽。高糖高鈉,見怪不怪。這個魚湯竟然有家的味道,味道很清,非常鮮甜。內有新鮮蕃茄蓉和熬至很腍的薯仔,忍不住整碗喝光。可選米粉、米線、螺絲粉或通粉。個人特別喜歡乾身的米粉配湯。梳乎厘要等30分鐘,點了兩個蛋撻邊吃邊等。蛋不太甜,酥皮可以,幾鬆幾香。雪山梳乎厘比頭更大的梳乎厘,等到頸長,終於上場。有多大?跟細個至愛的太平
