To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

重生後嘅大安茶冰廳 , 由傳統冰室變為懷舊概念咖啡店。今日第一次來,想認真試他的咖啡,所以點了壹加壹Combo,先試single原味,再試piccolo, 咖啡味道不錯,好香濃,但piccolo比single好飲, 不下次我會加多個short等咖啡味再濃啲。甜品我個人推介檸茶曲奇,曲奇並非很突出,但裡面加了蜜餞檸皮?即刻好味好多。杏霜卷蛋有濃濃嘅杏仁霜味道,質地似清蛋糕。試左呢兩款甜品都有懷舊嘅味道, 作為街坊嘅咖啡愛好者,多了一個落腳點,真好!聽講下個月會有熱食供應,令人期待!
