To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

故意回到土瓜灣的某條街，找地方吃中午飯，看到不用排隊，便毅然進去，同一條街的目標物只剩兩間未試過，這間貌似繁忙時間更難等位，所以選擇了這間。叫了幾個菜色黑毛豬腩肉日式煲仔飯: 這個比較有特色，有大量雞髀菇及冬菇片，加上生雞蛋，本身飯也焦香，不用加醬油也夠味。和牛芝士漢堡: 分量頗大，漢堡內的牛肉切開還有肉汁，薯條是新鮮現炸，沙律菜分量充足。竹笙龍蝦湯: 龍蝦湯有龍蝦味，不會過鹹，有少量龍蝦肉和竹笙，口感較特別。Flat white: 拉花完整，味道不過不失。Lychee berry: 需攪勻飲用，荔枝和藍莓味分布平均。唯一不足之處就是冷氣較凍，部份位置比冷氣瘋狂吹，極度寒冷。

叫了幾個菜色
