To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有來這用餐了,環境依舊人多擠迫~無骨酸辣鳳爪,整個高碗塞得滿滿的,眼看份量不少,但吃著就知大部分都只是以椰菜絲充塞,混著數件鳳爪罷了~ 不過味道的確比不少泰國餐廳或越南餐廳的做得好,酸辣比例剛好,帶微甜,椰菜絲也滲滿汁液,能吃不停口~越南蒸粉包是現叫現蒸的,上桌時仍熱烘烘的,米皮煙韌白滑,肉餡不多,整個味道淡淡的,要多點炸蒜蝦米才多點香口~鮮蝦凍檬份量同樣偏少,鮮蝦雖爽口,但似是開邊後白灼,鮮味失卻了,檬粉與一般越南餐廳吃到的無異,但拌粉吃的酸辣汁調較得很好,不會過酸,只有微辣,汁中蒜茸份量亦剛好,不會把壼口塞住了倒不出來~整體食物水準保持,但份量好像比以前減少了,兩人有點吃不飽的感覺...  質素、份量和價錢不成正比...
