To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實返大早5點半間唔中都去食,食過幾次都可以,直至有日照舊朝早去嗌左個辛辣同杯凍檸茶,果個鐘數得幾檯客,所以夥計都得閒吹下水,我食個麵去到20幾分鐘面就來食晒嘢飲仲未到,好聲好氣問個職員(戴眼鏡阿叔),會唔會漏左,都係打份工姐漏左唔緊要咪問下,點知呢個阿叔唔知係心情唔好定賭波輸錢,來一句嘢飲要等嘅,平時就5分鐘,問嘅話就15分鐘,咁有型?我等20分鐘好聲好氣問一句好似殺你全家咁😓,之後過多五分鐘,隔離張檯嘅客都有嘢飲,原來係呢間嘢提一句係會俾人黑名單,ok咁我都要返工費時同咪吵起身埋單走人。 今時今日仲要咁嘅態度,冇所謂,餐廳唔係得你呢間,我咪去第二間食,網上d人可能仲會分咩顏色,我唔會,不過既然客來到,你咁樣對d客嘅,d餐廳夥計一個個咁驕傲,咪繼續囉我咪去食第二間,唔想做嘢咪唔好做,落下單寫下嘢咁簡單嘅嘢已經係香港最冇技術可言嘅嘢啦話都要做到咁賤,仲要兇返個客,繼續啦,生意興隆
