To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今時今日仲要咁嘅態度,冇所謂,餐廳唔係得你呢間,我咪去第二間食,網上d人可能仲會分咩顏色,我唔會,不過既然客來到,你咁樣對d客嘅,d餐廳夥計一個個咁驕傲,咪繼續囉我咪去食第二間,唔想做嘢咪唔好做,落下單寫下嘢咁簡單嘅嘢已經係香港最冇技術可言嘅嘢啦話都要做到咁賤,仲要兇返個客,繼續啦,生意興隆
臨走時該女職員都係被男顧客話佢態度差,男顧客嚟到問佢有無咩好介紹,女職員就非常唔好態度叫人自己睇餐牌。其實無介紹態度都唔使咁差嫁!
我哋嗌咗兩個炒粉麵和幾杯飲品,食物一般啦,求其填飽個肚冇要求都OK的,賣相就更加唔得。我哋最後叫咗一碗淨魚蛋,走青。幫我哋落單嘅係一位中年的女士。
那碗淨魚蛋來到的時候成碗都有青,咁我老公就話:「我叫咗走青的」,點知幫我地遞餐的較年輕女子,就開口說:「關我乜*事,又唔係我落單」,跟住繼續用粗口鬧我地。我老公當然好嬲,因為都唔係我哋錯,仲要俾佢鬧。我哋梗係話咁都得嘅,那位年輕女子,竟然話:「唔鍾意就唔好喺度食,去隔離龍城囉!」,我見佢咁粗魯,我就叫我老公唔好同佢嘈,因為我哋有小朋友喺度,我唔想我啲小朋友聽到咁多粗言穢語。我哋忍佢,佢仲大大聲話我哋係度扮斯文!我真係唔明,其實冇走青,好少事,佢換過一碗,或者拿走嗰啲青都可以,我唔明佢點解要咁惡鬧我哋,我哋有兩個小朋友係度的!嗰位女子係完全沒有教養,明明係佢哋錯,仲對我哋惡言相向,佢真係好過分!佢旁邊嘅同事職員、經理,包括那位幫我哋落單的中年女子,都冇一個嚟同我哋道歉,由得那位年輕女子不停向我哋發脾氣,我終於明白點解呢間銀龍會冇人幫襯,隔離龍城餐廳夜麻麻,都有咁多人冒雨排隊等,原來係有原因㗎 !
呢間垃圾餐廳,又污糟,職員又冇禮貌,真係千祈唔好幫襯,仲要喺銅鑼灣有咁多遊客嘅地方,真係影衰晒香港!😡
叫咗三個小菜,粟米斑塊,者者豬潤雞煲,味椒鹽鮮魷。
首先講吓呢個粟米斑塊,出街以來從未食過咁難食,啲所謂斑塊完全冇味,出邊果啲粉仲厚過塊魚片,係呀冇錯係魚片,唔係斑塊,係薄到你唔會想像到!真係仲衰過啲三餸飯!
豬潤雞煲! 六七件雞六七件雞件,除咗一兩舊有用其他根本全部都係下欄,骨頭一堆,唯有裏面好多洋蔥,真係食洋蔥都飽!食完之後發覺原來佢哋冇俾朱潤,屋企人話廢x事追佢. 嗱嗱聲食完轉場去食其他嘢。
椒鹽鮮油又係得嗰幾舊,味道普通,應該好多大排檔好食過佢。呢個只係三個餸之中比較好少少。
一個套餐成差唔多一舊水,如果佳記有開呢啲咁嘅價錢真係食飽到嘔呀。仲有你可以入去睇吓嗰啲所謂夥計態度個大媽阿姐,好似都唔想做咁。

不過自從有一次我食過有血味,我每次都會慎重考慮。
不過今日我比我個朋友熏陶,結果諗都唔使諗我就嗌咗個吉列魚柳拼沙律。
OK㗎個炸魚,其實好新鮮,即刻炸嘅。當然佢係雪魚啦,但係你唔會食到好大浸雪櫃嘅雪味( ̄▽ ̄)
我都好驚食啲沙律係好水嗰啲,但今日我唔想食薯條因為我覺得自己有啲熱氣,好彩佢哋個沙律好足料,唔係好浠星星嗰隻咁。
肉餅比較薄身,但銀魚仔加上豉油都比較咸,送飯都可以,而另外,牛腩切到四四方方,都好易進食,由於清湯關係,湯底甜,肉質但較粗,茶記質素
