去跑馬地呢個地方話位置方便又唔係,但又唔係難去。不過無MTR去到既地方我都好少去架啦。今次點解會過跑馬地都係因為想去試呢間餐廳。話說呢到既homemade pasta好好食,所以專登黎試下係米真係好似啲人講咁高質。餐廳細細間啲位一眼睇曬,當晚都幾full所以安排左我地坐吧枱。我鍾意佢地野食同野飲都係各得一版menu,唔使我揀餐死。亦都令我覺得佢地應該係想專心做好手工意粉所以個menu先咁少野,令我個期望即刻又高左。呢到主打手工意粉,所以一開始個經理都拎曬menu上咁多款意粉同我地逐款簡單介紹下。總共有8款意粉,其中有5款係手工製既,每款各有特色。Fresh Focaccia with Chive and Sour Cream $40又新鮮又鬆脆既包包,食完想再encore😋Zucchini Croquettes with Garlic Mayonnaise $68新鮮炸起熱辣辣,一咬開有濃郁既蒜味,又係好好食既一款前菜😋Mixed Mushroom and Potato Soup $78一上枱感覺係好大碗湯,滑得黎個蘑菇味好香😋Homemade Pappardelle Bolognes

新鮮炸起熱辣辣,一咬開有濃郁既蒜味,又係好好食既一款前菜😋

一上枱感覺係好大碗湯,滑得黎個蘑菇味好香😋
Homemade Pappardelle Bolognese $168
雖然係好basic既一款意粉,肉醬用左牛肉撈豬肉,加上蕃茄同parmesan cheese。但一食落去真係食到手工意粉同普通意粉既分別,個al dente程度係好明顯既,意粉亦都好掛汁😋
Homemade Malloreddus Melanzana $148
用左蕃茄、蕃茄醬、茄子同burrata cheese,呢款意粉睇落似一粒粒蟲蛹😂但口感比pappardelle更加煙韌,更好食😋
Overall當晚嗌左5款野食,全部都好食,意粉出色,價錢合理。推薦👍🏻
