To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Vivian好耐冇過海了，難得今日成功游水過海，就搵到呢間抵食法國菜Menu首先上左個龍蝦湯，好濃又香又creamy，配埋個蒜蓉包，正😋焗蝸牛黎講，呢個算係食過最好味嘅一個，蒜蓉香加埋個薯蓉食，一d都唔重口味，仲想食多幾隻😋😋因為太好味要比多張相佢牛肝菌意粉，可能係法國菜，煮得比普遍出面街嘅好味好多，意粉彈牙，索哂d味，所有精華係每一條意粉，冇多餘嘅湯汁，亦完全唔會乾黑毛豬，好好味，唔會韌，咬落仲好juicy，到底點做到，可以咁好味蘋果批雪糕又係好好味，蘋果批好脆，明明望住咁厚，但入口係好薄脆，Vivian表示想食五個
