Restaurant: Minibangkok Thai Food Station
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹嚟銅鑼灣食泰國菜，餐廰座位闊落，裝修有種置身泰國夜市嘅感覺。平日仲有live band 表演，可惜疫情下停了表演。 極上牛小排醃沙律大大碟份量十足，牛小排份量多，牛小排燒得剛剛好唔會過熟，牛味濃郁肉汁豐富。沙律菜新鮮，沙律味道屬於中辣，非常醒胃。青咖喱牛腩微辣椰汁味濃，牛腩份量多肉質嫩腍，配埋烤薄餅一齊食非常夾。泰式原味烤薄餅非常鬆脆，牛油味濃，外面酥軟內裡煙韌。菠蘿雞肉炒飯，菠蘿及雞肉份量多，雞肉嫩滑，撈埋肉鬆花生粒一齊食口感豐富。
