To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁住天氣仲凍凍地,去咗太子永興冰室食個煲仔飯。去到啱啱好有兩個位,一定要食啦。冰室係經典茶餐廳格局,座位唔會太窄,坐得舒適。今日分別叫咗合時臘味飯($53)同南安臘鴨脾飯($53)。煲仔飯整得非常出色,飯粒分明,夠乾身。臘味和臘鴨脾份量十足,差不多鋪滿整個飯煲。除咗煲底有脆脆飯焦外,臘腸偏瘦但口感爽,味道濃郁。臘肉則也不會太肥,好香口,油脂甘香。臘鴨脾不會太油膩,肉質較軟,有口感卻不會韌黐黐。下次想食煲仔飯一定會再來!
