今日同朋友嚟咗食呢間串燒居酒屋,有幾款食物我覺得真係幾好食。都係佢哋嘅燒物。大分自送火炙平目魚平目魚經過火炙,佢裏面嘅魚油會完全釋放出來。師傅將來自大分嘅平目魚邊,用火槍逼出魚油,再將啲魚油源源本本留喺個碟上邊。點少少豉油Wasabi就已經係一道美食。日本銀杏串白果可能唔係咁多人食,但係呢個日本銀杏師傅將佢燒到煙煙韌韌完全唔似銀杏嘅質地。加上佢係甘香嘅唔會好苦。鹽燒日本淮山串另一個串燒又係日本野菜,就係佢哋嘅鹽燒日本淮山,佢哋燒到啱啱熟,仍然保持一啲爽脆嘅口感,外皮焦焦地釋放出香氣,係我未試過食淮山有咁嘅口感。
