東薈城名店倉一向出名食物選擇多,上次試完主打精緻片皮鴨嘅嘅「羲和小館」覺得好正,同大家推介下。作為主打片皮鴨嘅餐廳,呢度都有唔少鴨做主題嘅壁畫。當日我地三個人食,所以喺二人餐基礎上,加$260 叫多一碗湯、一份主食、一份主菜、一份甜品。夠曬食!以下係我地當日食左嘅食物:片皮鴨:師傅係即時片啲鴨嘅,睇得出功架十足!師傅介紹唔同嘅皮同肉部位原來係點唔同醬食,好有特色呀!熏魚:外脆內軟,同外層嘅酸醬好夾!好好味!鮑魚雞粒燜飯:好香,而且唔油!雞粒同鮑魚粒唔少,可以話係相當足料!櫻花蝦蒸飯:賣相唔錯,荷葉香同櫻花蝦嘅鹹香令個飯嘅鮮味提升唔少!孜然羊架:肉質出奇地juicy,而外層嘅調味好惹味。叉燒皇:煙燻過嘅叉燒原來可以咁好味,加上呢度嘅叉燒本身肥瘦度啱啱好,可惜份量唔算太多,唔夠喉呀!
